By using this ticket and entering onto the grounds of an AllSports Productions, LLC event and/or the Stuart Boat Show, you voluntarily assume all risk or danger occurring prior to, during, or after this event and any and all liabilities resulting from such attendance. You grant permission to AllSports Productions, LLC to utilize your image or likeness incidental to any live or recorded television or other transmission or reproduction in whole or in part of your attendance. AllSports Productions, LLC is not liable or responsible for any injury to guests or visitors while attending the Stuart Boat Show. An attendee of the Stuart Boat Show agrees to release AllSports Productions, LLC event and/or Stuart Boat Show, its' employees, officers, Trustees, Directors, Affiliates, volunteers and agents, as well as agrees to defend and indemnify them, against any and all claims that may arise in relation to the attendance of the Stuart Boat Show, and agrees to hold them harmless. Entry into the Stuart Boat Show constitutes acceptance of the above terms.
